Matthew “Matt” Bryant

Co-Owner/Certified Home Inspector

With over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering and a strong background in real estate investment, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to every home inspection he conducts. His passion for real estate began at an early age and was fueled by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. After purchasing his first investment property in 2008, transitioning to home inspections felt like a natural fit for Matt’s technical expertise and interest in real estate.

Matt holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Management from AGU. He is a Certified Pillar to Post Home Inspector and has earned several industry-leading certifications, including the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) and training from the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). His specialties include home inspections, mold testing, radon testing, water quality testing, sewer scope testing, asbestos testing, and lead testing—ensuring that each home inspection is comprehensive and thorough.

He has been married to his wife, Amber, since 2013, and together they’re raising their three energetic boys, ages 3, 4, and 8, in Warner Robins, GA. Originally from Newnan, GA, Matt moved to Warner Robins over 20 years ago after accepting a position at Robins AFB. In addition to his professional career, he served as an Air Force civil servant for 20 years, embodying a deep commitment to his community and country.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys staying active through sports, exercise, and outdoor activities. He is actively involved in the local community, supporting Habitat for Humanity since 2006, contributing to St. Jude annually, and holding leadership roles in the Association of Old Crows. Matt also attends Southside Baptist Church and is an affiliate member of both the Central Georgia Board of Realtors and the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors.

As a family man, Matt values the small-town charm of Middle Georgia. He and Amber believe it’s the perfect place to raise their three boys—minus the gnats, of course!  His personal motto is, "Work hard, set goals, and don’t be afraid to fail. Life is short—fail fast, learn, and move forward. You don’t just experience life; you experience the life you focus on."

Matt's advice to homebuyers?  Have realistic expectations. No home is perfect, not even a new one, so don't expect perfection. However, you should be as fully informed as possible about the home's systems and components to include where they are in their typical lifecycles to help you make an informed decision.

Specializing in mold, radon, and water testing, Gary’s expertise ensures that clients receive a thorough and accurate assessment of their potential homes.

Gary has been married to his wonderful wife, Gretchen, for 36 years, and they have two children and a granddaughter. He particularly enjoys the convenience of Warner Robins, with its easy access to local stores and restaurants.

Certified in home inspection, Gary is dedicated to providing clients with comprehensive insights that empower them to make informed decisions about their home purchases.

When he’s not inspecting homes, Gary loves to travel, hike, and collect coins. A self-taught guitar enthusiast, he approaches life guided by his faith, and has participated in mission trips to Kenya, Moldova, Israel, and Belize. Gary’s personal philosophy is to pursue life’s goals with the Lord’s guidance, and he finds fulfillment in helping clients achieve peace of mind during the home buying process.

Cara Heard

Growth and Marketing Coordinator

A seasoned professional with a rich entrepreneurial background as the founder of Lush Art and Escape Artists War Town.  Cara owned and operated the art studio for 11 years before recently selling and transitioning to her current role.  Cara is dedicated to creating content, planning strategic marketing initiatives, and fostering connections with real estate professionals across Middle Georgia.  Cara enjoys meeting local realtors at Open Houses and creating gift bags that add a little extra support to their hard work.

Originally from Arkansas, Cara has also lived in North Carolina but has called Warner Robins home for the past 11 years. Married to Jon since 2001, they have a 17-year-old son who is a senior at Houston County High School, along with an 8-year-old Native American Indian Dog named Bodhi.

Cara's fascination with the real estate market and love for helping small businesses find their brand voice led her to this career.  A true creative at heart, Cara is a mixed media artist who recently spent a month in France at the Chateau Orquevaux Artist Residency, an experience that inspired her to sell her business and pursue new interests. She’s a strong advocate for solo trips, believing they provide the perfect opportunity to think, dream, and plan.  Along with the above, she is also a small business consultant helping business owners reach their target market and make their dreams come true.  Cara believes in working hard and playing hard. Her favorite quote, by Albert Einstein, is: "Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value."  This thought helps the whole team succeed, and promotes community building.

In addition to her professional work, Cara is actively involved in the community. She is a coordinator for 478 Creatives, a group that promotes and nurtures creative professionals and hobbyists in the Middle Georgia area.

One of the hardest parts of living in Middle Georgia's military community is saying goodbye to friends when they move, but she treasures the connections she’s made and the global friendships that have resulted.

Outside of work, she reads, travels, and paints. What many people might not know about Cara is that she’s part of an all-girls Fantasy Football League and is fiercely competitive. She admires ESPN's social media team for their elite and engaging content.  Funnily enough, she followed a home inspector on TikTok prior to accepting the position at Pillar to Post, which inspired her to realize that working outside of the art world could be interesting and fulfilling.  You may find her at a local restaurant enjoying an extra dirty gin martini laughing with friends.

Her advice for homebuyers is simple: Trust your instincts when you find the right home, but always get a thorough home inspection to ensure it’s a good investment. As a kid of the 80's, no one wants to end up in their own version of "The Money Pit."

Certified Home Inspector

While Jordan is new to home inspection, his experience lies in real estate, particularly in land transactions, and he is dedicated to ensuring a smooth buying and selling process for his clients. Jordan is committed to making sure his clients are fully informed about any defects and necessary repairs before purchasing a property.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys attending church and staying active at the gym. Guided by his personal motto, "I see, I say, and I do," he believes in getting things done no matter the circumstances.  Jordan loves the small-town feel of Warner Robins, where everyone knows everyone.

He advises all homebuyers to always get a home inspection for peace of mind and to avoid unexpected repairs post-closing.
